I’m keen for you to meet some of the Brigade members so you know what “type” of person would sign up. The simple answer is there is no type. We’ve got people in the Brigade who have run 20+ events and some who have run 1 (but hadn’t run any when they signed up!). We’ve got ultra athletes and recent Couch to 5K graduates. It’s not an ability thing and you don’t have to “fit a mould”, it’s just nice to turn up to an event, see a familiar face and say hello. Oh, and the t shirt and discounts are pretty cool too!!! So here’s a little insight into a few of the members (in their Brigade merch of course!).
