Strength and Conditioning for runners
We all know strength and conditioning is essential for performance and injury prevention. Yet us runners don’t do it! To help you improve and stay injury free our friend Josh from Josh Merrett Strength and Conditioning has created a running specific strength and conditioning program you can do at home. No need for a gym membership or loads of gear, all you need is a little space and 20-30 mins! These sessions have been created with busy runners in mind. They aren’t meant to make you exhausted or built like a tank but stronger for your running.
Of course they are generic plans and so will help you do better than having no plan at all. However, as with all “one size fits all” plans they may not be perfect for you.
